A cash injection of almost £1.5 million for community groups across the West Midlands was announced today by Blondel Cluff CBE, Chair of The National Lottery Community Fund.
34 community groups across Wales received a share of £502,000 from The National Lottery Community Fund to take environmental action through the Climate Action Boost scheme
The organisation is one of 179 groups across Scotland sharing in £5,752,948 from The National Lottery Community Fund. A full list of all the projects receiving funding today (THURSDAY 4 NOVEMBER) is attached.
Today [Tuesday 2 November] - as the UK hosts the 26th UN Climate Change Conference (COP26) - two community groups in Wales have been awarded £19,600 in National Lottery funding, to help them take action on climate change through its Together For Our Planet grant programme.
