Privacy Notice for Mayor's Community Weekend London 2025

Processing description
The National Lottery Community Fund will offer funding to community groups to celebrate The Mayor's Community Weekend. This is organised in partnership with The Greater London Authority (GLA).
The GLA will be contacting successful groups to get information regarding their planned activity. This will include publicising the event on the GLA website, sending branded merchandise to use at the organised event and contacting groups about potential visits by senior leaders.
In order for them to do this your information (name, address, email address and telephone number) will be given to the GLA so they can contact you directly.
What personal information we're collecting
We'll collect your:
- name
- address
- email address
- telephone number.
What we'll do with the information you provide
We will collect your information and share it with the GLA so that they can contact you directly to get details of your planned activity. It will include getting information to publicise the event on the GLA website with the date of the event and the location of where the event will be held. The GLA will also send out branded merchandise to use at the event and contact groups about potential and actual visits by senior leaders.
Legal basis for processing
We are collecting your information under task carried out in the public interest.
How long we'll retain your personal information
The information collected will be retained for 9 months.

- You have the right to request that your information be rectified or deleted.
- You have the right to request that your information be made available to you in a format that allows it to be reused by other organisations.
