Basic Food Hygiene training for volunteers - Prosiect

The group will deliver basic food hygiene training to the volunteers who provide refreshments to its patients, carers, families and the general public. Volunteers, of which there are over 520, support patients in the in-patient unit and day hospice, work in the kitchen helping to prepare food and serving refreshments. The project will encourage more local people to become more actively involved in the hospice and provide an opportunity for personal development.
