This group teaches the power of meditation and relaxation and how to relieve themselves from stress. Stress accounts for a large percentage of sick days in the UK and can lead to depression and anxiety. The group will organise a series of seminars and workshops, instructing people on how to utilise their own abilites to conquer stress and provide a better understanding on how it can be linked to a healthy lfiestyle.
