This project will focus on supporting a minimum of 360 people who are misusing alcohol and drugs, ex-offenders and those who have been long term unemployed. The project aims to provide work training placements and coaching to beneficiaries within New Start Highland's furniture warehouse and recycling operations. Beneficiaries will gain experience in a real working environment and will gain at least one recognised qualification such as a forklift licence, PAT testing, and painting/decorating qualifications.
