This project will provide activities for young people aged 13-19 in the rural village of Wooler, Northumberland. Acting as a drop-in centre, the group's premises on the village's High Street provides a safe, drug and alcohol free environment for recreation, discussion and advice. The project will help overcome the extreme isolation of the village. Activities include indoor games, outdoor pursuits, music and art programmes, whilst weekly visits by Connexions staff offer advice on employment and training.
