Orignally built in 1841, St Peter's Crypt in Hackney is used as a cold-weather night shelter for homeless people, community cafe and by groups promoting creativity and wellbeing. The project aims to combat isolation, promote integration, friendship and mutual support by expanding the services offered at St Peter's Crypt. The centre will be updated and made more accessible for wider community usage.
