This project aims to engage disadvantaged and socially isolated BME people in health, social and recreational activities to improve their social interaction, health, well-being and independence. The project runs a broad range of activities from its two centres in Southall. It also works to identify people who may have poor health, disabilities and low incomes, and encourage them to access its centres. It provides face-to-face advice and case work and home visits to people who are housebound.
