This project will provide at a local level a programme that will give members of the community more confidence, knowledge and skills to explore the challenges posed to economic growth, affected by climate change and rising fuel poverty. The project will run for 5 years and will reach 63,000 beneficiaries. The award will fund salaries, training, administration and research costs.
