This projects aim is to train community-based organisations to enable them to engage with anti-poverty policy developments at a local and national level. Community-based organisations will be supported to conduct research into poverty in Scotland and two forums will be established. This four-year grant will fully fund the salaries of a community research officer, a parliamentary liaison officer, an administration assistant and volunteer expenses as well as benefiting 530 organisations and 950 individuals.
