With a focus on those from black and ethnic minorities, Women Connect First (WCF) will improve the lives of 2,300 young parents aged 14-25 in Cardiff and the surrounding area. The project will use a range of activities including counselling services and courses in English for Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL), ICT, parenting skills and environmental trips. This will enable beneficiaries to build their emotional resilience and widen their social networks to manage key transitions in their lives.
