This project will tackle fuel poverty and financial exclusion through debt/welfare advice, raising awareness among vulnerable groups, improving education on energy projects and finance options and building skills to take advantage of low carbon opportunities. It will also make climate change relevant to communities by encouraging improving recycling, optimising local green space for food production, reducing private transport journeys, using appliances more efficiently, and passing learning to local groups.
