Indigenous communities in the remote hilly North Eastern provinces of Ratanakiri and Mondulkiri in Cambodia rely heavily on income from the forest resources. However, legal and illegal logging and land grabbing by migrants from lowland areas is having a severe impact on their ability to earn the traditional living from resin tree tapping.
