The organisation will use funding to deliver education and support services, to include ESOL classes and employability skills workshops, for disadvantaged BME women in the community. This will provide beneficiaries with the opportunity to improve their English skills and develop their employment prospects, with the aim of reducing isolation and unemployment amongst beneficiaries.
