The organisation will use the funding to offer a programme of arts and media activities for local vulnerable people, specifically targeting the LGBT community, BME people, young people and people with disabilities. This will enable participants to work towards creating a digital campaign to address the local issues of hate crimes and under-reporting of incidents.
