The organisation will use the funding to hold a 50th anniversary celebration of the founding of the club for adults with learning disabilities, and also provide members with a weekend away. This will reduce the isolation of adults with learning disabilities and encourage their participation in the community by providing them with an opportunity to engage with the wider community.
