The organisation will use the funding to develop new evaluation and monitoring tools that will be used to assess current activities and provide tailored mentoring and support to service users. This will enable the group to deliver effective and supportive activities to people who are isolated, deprived or vulnerable, such as arts and crafts, skills training, and employability skills to reduce isolation and the risk of long-term deprivation and poor wellbeing.
