The organisation will use the funding to recruit additional sessional workers to supervise and deliver skills workshops such as woodwork, furniture renovation, bike repair and upcycling. This will enable the group to accommodate increasing numbers of people with mental health problems, substance abuse issues or are otherwise vulnerable, reducing isolation, providing them with practical skills, and improving confidence and chance of securing employment.
