The organisation will use funding to deliver a luncheon club, along with gentle exercise sessions, for older members of the community. This will provide beneficiaries with the opportunity to get out of their homes, make new friends and socialise, whilst participating in physical activities, with the aim of reducing health inequalities and isolation.
