A project to improve the health, well-being and life-chances of people living with Sickle Cell Disorder (SCD) and their families. The scheme will include activity sessions and family days, targeted support for teenagers including peer-support and trips, volunteering and skills learning. It will also provide information advice and guidance on the best ways to manage the condition, and workshops and information on health and education provision, advocacy, housing and benefits.
