The organisation will use the funding to recruit, train and support new volunteers to help deliver food growing activities for community groups including children and young people, those living alone, and people suffering from social isolation through unemployment, bereavement or mental health issues. This will engage participants to grow their own food and make health lifestyle choices, and help improve their social and physical wellbeing.
