Following a 35% increase in demand the project will develop its existing services and projects it has been piloting to improve the health and wellbeing of individuals through gardening and horticulture. People supported will include those with mental health issues, long-term unemployment, social exclusion or isolation. General project activities include contributing to the maintenance and development of the garden or craft activities such as woodworking and gaining skills that will help them move into work.
