The project will use the funding to launch a healthy lifestyles programme for children aged between 8-12 and will include exercise sessions and a range of workshops covering topics including nutrition, healthy eating and exercise. This will encourage beneficiaries to become more active, raise awareness of the importance of healthy eating with a view to reducing obesity levels.
