The funding will be used to run a six week physical fitness programme for individuals living with or those that have survived cancer. The programme will consist of a number of taster sessions as well as a physical activity programme that could last for up to a year alongside a peer support programme. The project aims to improve people's health and wellbeing by addressing isolation, depression, low confidence and low self-esteem.
