The funding will be used to provide online and phone therapy sessions responding to support vulnerable young people with complex needs mentally emotionally and physically through the pandemic. The project will involve self-care tools and advice mindfulness techniques and movement exercises to help reduce depression loneliness and stress and ultimately reduce the risks of suicides self-harm and increased addictions.
