The funding will cover core costs over three years of a service that provides early intervention and critical response wrap-around inclusive support services for parents (mostly fathers) and their children who are undergoing relationship breakdowns. The group's central aim is to support equality of opportunity for children of separated families by working with their beneficiaries (mostly fathers) towards a positive co-parenting environment where it is safe and in that childs interests to do so. They do this by supporting the wellbeing of Dads through family breakdown before they hit a crisis point that may end in severe depression and/or suicidal ideation. Core funding over 3 years will allow for two new roles and increase the capacity of existing senior personnel.
