The Residents Association will replace their carpets with wooden flooring and buy some new chairs. The hall caters for a wide range of activities including dancing classes. The carpeted floor is not suitable for older residents to dance on and so many of them end up sitting out during classes. By providing a wooden floor, more residents can enjoy the group's social activities. Also the chairs are old and too low for some of the elderly residents, new ones will provide a more comfortable seating area.
